Important Requirements & Setup Notes
- Aqara Hub Required (Sold Separately): This switch requires an Aqara Hub (models M2, M1S, E1, M1S Gen2, G2H Pro, G2H, G3, or M3) to function. It does not support hubs from other brands.
- Network Setup: Your Aqara Hub must be connected to a secured 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (2.4/5 GHz for Hub M3/G3). Hub M2 and M3 also support a wired Ethernet connection for maximum stability. The hub and your router must be on the same local network.
- Setup Order: First, connect the Mini Switch directly to your Aqara hub within the Aqara app. Only then can you enable integration with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, or Alexa.
- Battery & Support: Remember to pull the battery insulation tab before use. The product is backed by a 12-month warranty and dedicated customer support.
