I purchased this Projector as I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the one, I bought at Walmart for my bedroom, man was I blown away. the picture quality even with the lights on is amazing. I’ve seen reviews about the sound being an issue, so I was a bit worried but, in my bedroom, I have no problems hearing whatever I’m watching or playing. after about 2 months I did have a strange white line forming on the projection, I contacted the sellers customer support and again I was floored by their speedy response to my issue, and to my surprise rather than give me some sort of run around or BS about where to get it fixed the support agent said and I quote “I don’t want you to waste you precious time and hard earned money so we will send you a brand new unit.” this type of support and assistance is amazing. they have definitely earned a lifelong customer.

After 4 months of occasional use, this projector stopped working. Thinking I was out of the 30 day purchase warranty, I emailed the Happrun support folks asking for troubleshooting information. After answering some basic checklist questions, they determined that my projector was indeed dead. Consequently, they agreed to submit a replacement claim for another unit and advised me so. To my surprise, an upgraded replacement projector was received 2 days later! The replacement unit worked fine and had even more features than the original. I am very pleasantly surprised at the refreshing level of support by this company and would recommend them to anyone!! A pleasure to deal with!

The projector developed a burn on the lamp or lens that shows up on the screen. As a result, a big yellow to brown spot now appears on the screen if used. This product is only three months old but is not eligible for refund after 30 days nor replacement after 60 days. What was purchased as a present for my house bound mother to help her be able to watch TV as her eyesight is failing is now worthless and we will have to make due until a replacement can be found.
Update: After making my situation known to manufacturer and Amazon, I was contacted by both and was offered a choice of replacement or refund. While still not a fan of the projector, it was on the lower end and as I found out later common across the market to the problem experienced. I am now a fan of the manufacturer and thank them for their prompt response to my problem. In the future I will do better research on my next projector purchase and definitely will buy the insurance! And as always appreciate Amazons’ help and patience with my problem!

I really wanted to like this but ended up returning it because of the following.
I purchased this to do outdoor movies with neighbors. I realized quickly that you would definitely need an outdoor speaker of sorts for this type of environment because the internal speaker is really only good for indoors. Keep that in mind when purchasing. Also, I found it very difficult to connect to wifi. I tried it inside my home near my router and outside. My mode for playing the movies was through my phone – bluetooth was challenging to connect. Additionally, anytime I tried to play something via my streaming services I would not have a picture. I would get sound but not picture. The only thing I could actually get to work was playing youtube videos. Returned it because I could never get the picture to show when using my streaming services, e.g. HBO Max, Apple TV, etc.

Like many others, I had issues within a few months with burning somewhere inside the unit. Well outside of my return window I contacted the company and asked what can be done. They advised that they were aware of the issue and replaced the projector immediately with a newer model. It just came today and is working great. Hopefully they addressed the heat issue with the newer model (F5) but only time will tell.
I think the 5 five stars are deserved because I do love my projector and when there was an issue with it, they fixed it, no questions asked, even though I was months out of my return window and they honestly didn’t have to.

I got the 12000 model and it is plenty bright and good quality image. It is hard to get the whole image in focus while using keystone correction so you have to place the projector fairly centered with the screen(height wise)

Love this little projector. Easy to set up and works brilliantly. Really makes you feel like you are at the movies at home or anywhere.
The screen it comes with is a material and easy to peg onto a curtain or clip up onto a wall. We found projecting it onto a basic white wall was fabulous quality and better than onto the material given the choice. However as long as you get the material pulled straight it works great and easy to pack away into its pouch.
It fills the full width 100inch well and as long as you get the rotation correct so it tilts, you get the whole screen focused top and bottom. Recommend aiming to put the projector onto something the same height to the middle you want the image projected onto, this gives you a nice square image – not wide at the top or squewy at the bottom.
It is easy to just turn the focus knob to get it clear once the tilt is square.
Great case to pack it away into.
We bought a google chromecast to put into the projector which it works well once set up on google home on your app. We had troubles casting netflix onto the device from a tablet, it wanted us to log into the google chrome, however easily cast other streaming platforms from tablet 🙂
We plugged in a speaker to it which works fab having it near to us, as the sound from the unit isnt like how you want a movie to sound, but it works alright.
Overall it projects clear and its so much fun. Love this little machine for the price 🙂 Great value for money, Thank you Happrun
