AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION – AppleCare+ is a digital purchase that is automatically activated when your device is delivered by Amazon so it’s already protected when it arrives at your door. There is no physical shipment for AppleCare+.
PROOF OF COVERAGE EMAIL – You will receive an email from Amazon Marketplace with the AppleCare Proof of Coverage at time of device shipment. This email will contain your AppleCare+ agreement number, attached device serial number, coverage end date and link to the AppleCare+ terms and conditions. For gifts, please forward this email to the owner of the device.
EASY ATTACH – AppleCare+ attaches to the purchased device, so if its for you or someone else, you can have peace of mind that the coverage will follow the device.
REVIEW COVERAGE DETAILS – Once the device is setup and signed into AppleID, coverage can be reviewed directly on iPad in Settings > General > AppleCare & Warranty. You can also see your purchase through Amazon in Your Account > Orders or reference the AppleCare Proof of Coverage email.
FOR MONTHLY PLANS – You can manage your monthly AppleCare+ plan through Your Account > Memberships and subscriptions > Other subscriptions or by searching “Your Memberships and Subscriptions” in the Amazon Search bar.
CANCEL ANYTIME – AppleCare+ coverage is a separate order number from your device order number. If you wish to return, you must cancel AppleCare+ by contacting Amazon Toll free: 1 (888) 280-4331 within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
