For a Smooth Connection:
A stable connection to the app is vital. Please ensure your phone’s VPN is turned off and that the app has local network access enabled. Be aware that wireless CarPlay or Android Auto can interfere with the Wi-Fi connection. If you experience issues, particularly with iOS 18, a simple restart of your phone is a great first step to resolve them.
