Notes:1. Use a 5A current E-Marker charging cable to charge at 60W or above; 2. The length of the power cord is 5 ft (including the plug); 3. The AC and USB ports support an input voltage of 100-240V~50/60Hz.; 4. The total wattage of connected devices must not exceed 1000W; 5. This power strip does not have surge protection; 6. Dell laptops that require an input of 130W, including the Dell XPS 15 (9500/9510), Dell Alienware X14, Dell Mobile Precision Workstation 5570, and more, use a non-standard PD protocol for fast charging. When connected to this power strip, the charging speed may not reach its maximum capacity.

Does the power strip support wireless charging or have a built-in battery?

No, the power strip does not support wireless charging and does not have a built-in battery.

Why does the USB-A port display 5V/0A when idle, while the corresponding USB-C port shows 0V/0A?

According to the USB-IF association’s requirements, the USB-C port is required to display real-time voltage output status, while the USB-A port maintains a constant voltage for quick response to protocol interactions for a better user experience.

Why can’t my device output power above 60W?

The device does not utilize an E-mark cable, or the device itself does not request power above 60W.

Why is the Anker logo continuously flashing on the screen?

This is a protective mode that activates when the charging device experiences abnormalities such as overcurrent, short circuit, or overvoltage. Normal operation will be restored once the connected device is removed.
