Application Guidelines
- Ensure the motor’s voltage and power parameters do not exceed the driver board’s specified range.
- This is a bare board without a housing or heatsink.
- For motors below 36W, no heatsink is required. Ensure adequate ventilation and insulation.
- For motors over 36W, a heatsink is mandatory.
- The board has no reverse-connection protection. Connecting the power supply with reverse polarity will cause permanent damage.
- The onboard 5V output is for internal use only (e.g., potentiometer, direction switch). Do not connect external devices to this port.
- The M terminal provides a motor speed pulse signal (push-pull output, 5V level). Maximum output current is 5mA.
Wiring Diagram
Control Ports
- Z/F (Direction Control):
- Leave unconnected or connect to 5V for forward direction.
- Connect to GND for reverse direction.
- VR (Speed Control):
- Analog Mode (0-5V): Input voltage for linear speed regulation. Input resistance is 20kΩ.
- PWM Mode (1-20kHz): Input PWM signal. The VR port must be connected to GND for this mode.
- GND: Control signal ground.
Power Ports
- MA, MB, MC: Motor Phase A, B, and C connections.
- V+: DC Power Supply Positive (12-24V)
- GND: DC Power Supply Negative
