The procedure to activate the warranty is very friendly, simple and fast, I only needed to send an email to activate it and this was responded very quickly, asking me to send another email attaching a video to observe the damage and a photo of the projector label, too They informed me that just for activating it, VOPLLS gave me an AMAZON card for £10, I sent the email and almost immediately they sent me another in which they attached a copy of the shipment through Amazon Logistic of a new model B. 1080 P projector whose price is almost double what I paid for my model A-1080 P projector to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the damage and I did not have to return the damaged projector to them.
