Why does the power bank display 0 or other numbers instead of showing 100% battery level?
Seaistar power banks undergo charge and discharge cycle tests before they are shipped from the factory, so it is normal for the rechargeable battery to not display 100% charge.

Can you charge the power bank using the type c and the micro usb inputs at the same time?
only one charging method can be selected. It is recommended to choose Type-C charging for faster charging speeds with PD30W.
Why does the charging speed not reach super fast levels when charging two devices simultaneously?
