Pros: Easy to use and charge, comfortable to wear, waterproof, battery lasts as expected.
Cons: App seems a bit wonky, doesn’t monitor most things passively
I like this little ring, it’s a really neat concept but it doesn’t really do what I expected. I was hoping to use it to track my o2 while I slept, but it only reads o2 when you open the app and tell it to do a check. Same with heart rate, doesn’t seem to record any passive data, just when you check. The app also sometimes doesn’t display data right; When it’s trying to read, it’ll display the last known read until a new read comes up, and sometimes that’s really confusing; You think it DID read and the number being displayed is your current heart rate / 02. The sleep data works pretty well, but it doesn’t seem to catch brief awake moments. if I’m up and moving or up for 5+ minutes it’ll normally detect, but it doesn’t catch my many-times-a-night brief disturbances at all. My ancient garmin wrist band works better for sleep and heart rate, and I still have to wear my active o2 monitor at night so that kind of makes this ring not particularly useful.
