Update on my review:
I would like to update my review, as this company got in, touch with me personally, to make sure that my problems with the battery were fixed.
The company contacted me via email, and instead of just replacing the battery they sent me a complete new unit that works absolutely fine.
I’m very impressed with the customer service of this company. I truly wish Amazon had the same customer service.

I purchased the product charged it for the first time it held a charge for less than an hour. Charged it the second time it held the charge for less than an hour. Trying to get satisfaction from Amazon was like pulling teeth. Still haven’t been able to talk to somebody to get help. You either return it or bugger off. Amazon is getting worse day by day. It is nothing more than a dollar store with higher prices. All I need is a replacement battery but no it can’t be as easy as that and they put you through hell.
